The evening’s festivities began with a search for parking absent of threatening trees (ask George) followed by a brain freezing walk in the subzero windchill to Adam & Jim’s. Braving the elements was well worth it. Adam & Jim threw a fabulous party. We got to catch up with old friends and add a few new ones. What more could one ask?

Venturing back into the elements, we made our way to Mike & HughE’s Party on the Parkway! Thank God for the underground connector between Spruce/Broad and 17th/JFK. If only they had put in an underground concourse on down the parkway we’d have a weather proof walkway as well as a safe way to cross to/from Logan Circle & Eakins Oval. Thinking… people. It what we do b-e-f-o-r-e we act.
